Nice pictures and videos of this local modeltrain gathering.
This E626 engine is nicely modelled. Personally I do not like the design of this engine (looks like a crocodile) but I clearly see the craftmanship of making this beast. WOW...
Are any of the steam engines of the Italian railroad FS? I do not know much about Italian steamers but imagine them to be a bit more colourful than what we had here up north...
It is good that the Hornby engine whistled, so that I could be heard loud and clear! Beautiful

ciao eggo... i'm happy you like my report from Hobby Model Expo Verona!
The e626 is a great italian engine... it have 6 motors in real (one for couple of wheels) and it's from recent past (producted by FS from 1927 to 1939). This big scaled model is a great work !!!
The only italian steam engines you can see is the gr740 (seen on video with whisle and steam sound), the gr685 (picture only) and all machines present in dioramas' depot... hornby sound module is great for 740 steamer... sounds is taken by real !!!
